广西盛隆冶金有限公司始建于2003年，地处西部地区第一大港防城港，是由福建吴钢集团联合闽籍民营企业家在防城港市投资创办的股份制民营企业，是在西部大开发浪潮中由广西福建商会牵线引进的“百企入桂”重点项目。项目由中钢集团设计研究院总体规划设计并指导建设。公司注册资金22亿元人民币，投资总额已超70亿元，其中固定资产投资近50亿元，二期技改项目完成后投资总额将超过150亿元，工业总产值将达500亿元。

Guangxi Shenglong Metallurgy Co., LTD., founded in 2003, is located in Fangchenggang, the largest port in western China. It is a joint-stock private enterprise invested and founded by Fujian Wugang Group and Fujian private entrepreneurs in Fangchenggang City. It is a key project of "100 enterprises into Guangxi" introduced by Guangxi and Fujian Chamber of Commerce in the tide of Western development. The project is planned and designed by Sinosteel Design and Research Institute. The registered capital of the company is 2.2 billion yuan, and the total investment has exceeded 7 billion yuan, of which the investment in fixed assets is nearly 5 billion yuan, the total investment after the completion of the second phase of the technical transformation project will exceed 15 billion yuan, and the total industrial output value will reach 50 billion yuan.
